Mr. James Bynum
James Bynum was born in Lexington County, South Carolina
5-Jan-1921.  He joined the Army in 1941 until his initial discharge in
1945.  In less than six months, due to a lack of employment
opportunities, Mr. Bynum was back in his same uniform at Fort
Meade, Maryland and then with the Tuskegee Airmen at
Lockbourne Air Base Ohio.  Various subsequent assignments took
him to Washington DC, Japan, Vermont, the ROTC department at
Tennessee State University, Texas, the Supreme Headquarters
Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Paris, France, and Lackland Air
Force Base,Texas highlighting his 30-year military career that
culminated in 1971.  He retired as an Air Force Master Sergeant.

Mr. Bynum then devoted his time and efforts to a career in real
estate before retiring again to enjoy golf
and traveling.
